We currently participate with traditional Medicare and the Mount Sinai top tier plan. We do not participate with other commercial plans or any Medicare advantage plans.
Other patients are seen as self-pay. Those with out-of-network benefits will be provided with a completed claim form to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement.
