Insurance & Payment Information
Dr. Elise Brett’s practice is a self-pay practice for patients with commercial insurance plans. We do not participate with commercial insurance networks.
Payment is due at the time of service. At the conclusion of your visit, we will provide a superbill (claim form) that you may submit directly to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual insurance plan and cannot be guaranteed. The only insurance plans we currently accept directly are Medicare and the top-tier Mount Sinai plan.
